Bonnie O'Neill , founder and president of O'Neill & Associates, is one of the country's leading fund-raising consultants. Prior to founding her own company in 1996, she co-founded Alexander O'Neill Haas; an Atlanta based national company in l986. She has helped hundreds of nonprofit organizations raise many millions of dollars.  Drawing on her 25 plus years of fund-raising experience, Bonnie is an inspiring, highly sought-after speaker. Her presentations cover a range of subjects including Annual Fund Management, Capital Campaign Readiness, Board Development and Volunteer Training.
In 1998, Bonnie helped found MedShare International and served as Chair of its Board of Trustees from 2002 to 2005.  In March, 2006, in recognition of her work with nonprofit organizations, Bonnie was named Atlanta Woman of the Year by Atlanta WOMAN Magazine.
A graduate of Rosemont College and the Sorbonne in Paris, France, Bonnie is fluent in French and semi-fluent in Spanish. She is an avid traveler and has participated in numerous international nonprofit volunteer programs in Central and South America. She travels often to Guatemala where she has a home on Lake Atitlan. When not fund raising, Bonnie is writing about it. Currently, she is researching women's emerging role in philanthropy for a book tentatively entitled, "Now Nice Girls Do It, Too."  In addition to travelling , writing, collecting art and spending time in Guatemala (www.atitlanhouse.com), Bonnie enjoys being with her children and five grandchildren.
